How good is the 3.7.0 patch ?
I’m on Xbox unfortunately and get can’t access to the ptb, how good of a patch is it that all god loops are gone and is it the “best patch ever” it certainly looks it on paper.
Also when is this patch actually coming to the game? Ican’t wait for a survivor nerf finally .

It's pretty great for the balance of the game. I'm hoping that the next big patch is gonna be about perk changes so we have more than 5 or 10 perks on each side that are actually good

If they keep all those deadzones from the PTB, it will be the worst thing ever happening to the game.

Ya know something tells me 60 second gens with actual infinites no bloodlust or entity blocker stronger jungle gyms with 2 pallets 2 Windows shacks with 2 windows and L/T walls having a pallet by them is significantly worse than the deadzones that the devs have confirmed is not a confirmed feature and that the only map that's lost pallets is Asylumn.

On the ptb the reworked maps had a giant dead spaces with nothing to work with to avoid the killer. Not even a Z walls. Just cars, tires and trees. And there's gens over there. Git gud survivors learn how to loop trees and tires.

it kills the fun of the game. i know toxic killer mains will now attack me but it's the truth. i already uninstalled because i only play games i can have fun in. dbd isnt fun as survivor anymore because it will be hell especially as solo, and neither as killer because it's too easy.

It's a really good patch. Probably the best in a very long time and I am extremely hyped. It's about time god windows were dealt with. It will probably come out at around the end of the month.

You're Just reaching. Idk why you guys keep kicking a deadhorse. This game is on its last legs.
You have underpowered killers who can't do ######### but destroy potato new survivors. Then the potato survivors end up quitting or are stuck with a slow ass grind to get perks that make them super human.
Which in turn starts destroying killers due to swf and super human perks. Killers no longer wanna be killers and thus we have horrible que times
BH won't learn what balance is and can only counter attack with " play civ 5" so What? You want less deadzones? Why though? You guys have genrush and SWF. Prove thyself counters this build. So what is it you want? Survivors have all the tools to eat wins left and right endgame. Killers only have a strong startup but after you rank and get the perks needed. It's pretty much lights out for the killer.
Do you not see all the facecamping post? A decent survivor team makes saves( which are most high rank games). That means the killer has to most likely hook you 3 times. So in total if u escape both hooks and get healed add up how many times I have to land hits on you.
Its no wonder killers camp.

No I saw Yerv's videobas well as some other posts and the blood lodge issue. But then in the same video there was another autohaven with an awful lot of pallets. Again, it's RNG, and blood lodge wasn't touched, as well as a lot of other maps. Again the only map that got pallets adjusted was Disturbed Ward.
You said that these deadzones would be the worst thing to happen to this game. Unfortunately for you, it's not the worst thing to happen to this game since its release of 2016, which I disproved. 60 second gens, actual infinites, insta-gen BNP, pallet vaccum, window vaccum; all of these were significantly worse for the game.

I didn't make an uninstall thread or comment but I did quit but stayed semi-close to the forums because I really want this game to improve and voicing your opinions in a constructive way is about the only thing we can do as players to help progress the game towards a truly fun state.

There are definitely less pallets on certain maps now because they deleted several tiles entirely from a lot of maps and those tiles usually had pallets. They just aren't listed as "reduced the amount of pallets" on their list but it is true that there are less pallets overall as a result of other changes.

You should experience it by yourself instead of saying "i saw a video and i read posts", cause that doesnt show how it looked like. I dont see where making nearly all maps looking like "Sheltered Woods" isnt worse than anything you said. Making maps halfway unplayable with just trees and much nothing is the worst thing to do.

the only thing i dont like in upcoming patch is to many deadzone placeses in some maps

If they fix the bugs, it's not perfect but also not bad. The co-op gen speed change only serves the late game and does nothing to stop 3 gens from popping in the early game. Fixing the infinites is awesome but they left some in for some reason. Maybe they will add breakable walls later? Overall it seems good enough to reinvigorate the community but definitely far from a decent balance patch.

As a Killer main now. Watching this vid https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xsxRQ3GgeXY&t=1290s , I feel like dead zone is actually abit overkill. Its like 1/4 the map has zero pallets, no gyms.
