She had green ping in lobby and this happens. Also first game on from taking a long breal :/

it's even worse than that example. just wait.

You cant tell the killers ping anymore with dedicated servers as you aren't connected directly to them as they are no longer the host.
The ping indicator you see is your own one to the servers.
