Prestige and perk reset
What's the point off prestige if no one can see anyone's level anymore? Why not just keep leveling and keep our stuff now.
I realize you don't have to. However we all already have. Now it's basically a matter of your time and BP being wasted

because it's another thing to work towards i guess. I still prestige some of my killers just because i wanted the cosmetic and i know i won't buy anything for them,

You're right, but some people already have, and that's time and BP wasted now. A lot of time if you went level 50 third prestige

You get better items in your bloodwebs and a free bloody cosmetic. Doesn't it say this when you go to prestige?

The increase in better items is hardly noticeable, to be honest.

The cosmetic. That’s it. P3 cosmetics are pretty neat. Especially if you don’t have anything else to spend your BP on.

Well I notice it. Point is, if you plan on playing the game enough, even a very slight increase in rarity is an investment for the future, and is probably wise. If you plan on playing the game enough.

It is especially noticeable during events with further boosts to bloodweb rarity. Like half my web was purple.

I don't believe events boost bloodweb rarity? That's a new one to me.

Because I actually enjoy the game and may as well P3 all perk killers/survivors I actually enjoy.

prestige never had any effect on rank in the first place. It only gives you bloody cosmetic and presumably a higher chance to get better items in bloodweb

You actually don't get an increase in bloodweb item rarity. That's something that existed during the first system of prestige (the one that took even longer and what you got legacy clothing as of now if you did back then). I made a video about it a while back, however that video is currently outdated since they changed the system again since them.
During that phase, you always got 3 purples and 6 greens in every bloodweb, but at some point, it changed to where those were more random in amounts. I haven't made a video about the new system yet, but I have made a spreadsheet about some bloodwebs I went through with the newer system.

Thanks for the updated info then mate. I don't like spreading misinformation, I was just recalling what it said when you prestiged. Well if there's not more rare items then I can see why people might think it's a waste.

P3 Freddy and P3 Leatherface look cool. In the end you don't need to prestige just hate the message if you don't at least prestige once.

I believe McClean said in one of his streams that prestiging for better items is just false. There is a clip of it somewhere.

It has a correlation to time put in. And blood points wasted apparently. But sure continue to condescend
