When are stranger things perks coming out on shrine?
I’ve been waiting forever for inner strength and surge. Please release them on the shrine

I wouldn't hold my breath mate, i don't think we'll see them any time soon...
I guess if you really want those 2x perks, probably best just buying nancy and demo, with your shards if you got enough or do the thing that puts a bad taste in my mouth everytime i say it and that's the mirco-transaction.

If you want an honest answer, 9 months after the DLC launched. And then it's random from there, but part of the possible perk pool.
Aftercare was released in December 2018 and first hit the shrine in January 2020

Honestly I just bought leather face for that. Franklins isn’t too bad either and I was just sick of waiting lol
