Matchmaking locked even though I didn’t DC

So even though my ping is green and every other game I play doesn’t have these issues, I still am getting booted out of dbd games sometimes... which means I get a matchmaking locked penalty. I’m at 15 minutes now and it’ll probably just keeping going up. Not every game is this happening but I’d say it happens 3 out of 10 games which is still a lot. I guess I’ll stop playing since the game wants to penalize me for something I didn’t do

    Me too, I've just been blocked for 5 hours , because it happened often recently but my internet connection works perfectly . It's just nor fair . And even if i disconnedted from the game on purpose, Jesus, 5 hours is a lot
