Harassment, death threats and racism - Report ?

Hello

I've finished a match yesterday as Killer. I'm 30y + and usually i don't care what survivors say (90% times salty things) but one player was really really toxic as hell. A truly disturbing situation. Harassment, death threats and racism. This is the summary of his chat:

  • "Du #########"
  • "You should have died in the gas chamber" (hattest mal besser in der gasserkammer verrecken sollen)
  • "I kill your family"
  • "I piss on you"
  • "######### #########"
  • Du dummer #########" (you stupid son of a #########)
  • "Italy #########"

OFC I've done a report, REPORT ID #509055 (+ screenshots and every other data) and i expect to be seen quickly. I have no happiness to see ban but some people really need it. and if in my place there was a <18y old boy or girl?

The question is. I've done the report in-game, a report at : https://support.deadbydaylight.com/login

Do i need to do other reports or is it enough ?

    Always report in game.

    If you want security, open a ticket through this website or the one that automatically opens when you go through the setting in the game.

    Yeah people like this really should be punished considering toxicity in this game can get out of hand quickly,but you shouldn't take it too seriously,just dont say anything and move on and make sure you block the person on steam or on the platform you're playing.

    That's absolutely reportable - that kind of thing is taken very seriously by the Support team - and you did all the right things. In fact, you don't even need to submit a Support ticket for chat-related reports, since the chat logs are automatically sent when you report someone from the scoring screen in-game.

    My apologies for double report. it was my first post ever on this forum. Apparently this post was on hold (moderation?) so... sure that it was never approved i did another post removing all things this guy said to me.

    Said that I don't obviously take those things seriously (i'm more than 30y old) but I wonder what a guy (or girl) of 14y would have said or thought -..-

    Depending on the platform you are playing on. If console id say also report on respective console. Thats sure to get them a ban if not a permaban.

    People are really sad,I had some guys tell me I should die of corona and similar. I just laugh my ass of at them,getting tilted over this game lmfao

    Death threats are still a thing? Damn, people take this game very seriously, I like it's competitiveness but it's pathetic that people resort to death threats to you and your family, sorry that happened to you.

    I wish people would just take the L and move on
