Fast action notifications...

Hello,

just been checking out the new maps in some KYF games and we noticed that we weren't getting fast action notifications from just outside of terror radius, skill checks were still going off, but window vaults and locker exits nothing? Did a quick search and couldn't see anything; has there been a change? Difficult to tell if this has made it to the standard game or not...
