Sound Bug or am I crazy?

I was playing some Spirit today and there were multiple times where it sounded like a survivor was running right next to me, but the survivor was actually on the floor below/above me. Has anyone else had this problem? Also I feel like I can't hear survivors moan(not iron will) when they walk through me while I'm phasing, but that is probably just me.
