Have the devs ever made changes based on suggestions in the forum?
I'm sure everyone and their mom have thrown out ideas for mechanics and game balance, and I'm sure it largely gets ignored, but I was just curious if there's ever been any good that's come of it. I just wanted to throw a few ideas out myself to see what other people think and if there's any chance the devs ever consider suggestions.

Absolutely. Most often with perks, but it wouldn't surprise me if they took inspiration from fan suggestions for other things as well. They don't usually just drop community ideas into the game as-is - they might do a bit of rebalancing or reiteration - but they definitely read and consider them. Save The Best For Last and Haunted Ground are both examples of perks that began as fan suggestions.
