Slugged survivor doesn't make noise sometimes

I play on ps4 and I'm noticing that sometimes slugged survivors don't make any sound

Maybe because they have Iron will possibly.

This claudette didnt have iron will and didnt have injured noise on the floor and an afk crow is how i found her

Iron will doesn't affect slugged survivor and usually survivors that make no noise while slugged don't even have iron will
