I bought $5 of auric cells on PlayStation and they aren’t SHOWING WHAT IS GOING ON?!

There is this information page, it looks like DBD won't be able to help you and you'll have to contact Sony for a refund, good luck getting it all sorted.

First, please head into the in-game store – sometimes cells will become “stuck” and heading into the store may fix this issue.
If your store says “there are no packs available” you may have an issue where your account/game/store regions are not matching. This causes what is known as a “SKU Mismatch” due to Playstation’s regional settings.
Unfortunately, the only way to resolve this will be to arrange a refund and look into ways of resolving this mismatch. As we do not process payments ourselves, we can’t provide this for you, nor are we able to manually credit you with cells.

I have two kids playing this game on iOS and EVERY time they try to purchase auric cells, it's either a delay of over a full day before the cells show up, or else they never show up at all (seems like about a 50/50 split so far). We are charged for them quickly, we just never get the cells. I've already initiated two refunds through Apple for the previous purchases that never materialized, I can't keep doing this every couple days. I now have two more purchases from a day ago that have yet to produce cells.
And no, going back into the store or attempting to purchase the cells again doesn't seem to help, and there is no "not currently available" notice or anything.
Please help, this is the worst in-app purchase situation I have ever experienced by far. They love the game, but this is ridiculous.
