Let that sink in. I have sent at least 10 e-mails regarding this issue and gotten nothing but a middle finger (basicly) back. You're not working on a tool. I want the brutal honesty. Will i ever get my hard-earned Legacy Prestige back, or should i stop caring what so ever? I don't want toxic community answers. I want someone working on the inside to answer this one for me.

    Whenever I’ve had an issue arise, they’ve always answered back. Send in a ticket through there... if you’re contacting BHVR through their official email then of course you’re not going to get a response back...

    They compensate for loss of progress with BP, but they don’t give Legacy back unless you have video proof you had it.

    I am so glad I uploaded bad gameplay of me playing my L3 Nurse, in case I'd suffer the bug and lose my legacies.
