Finally fix Dead Hard

Can developers finally fix Dead Hard? This perk has been out for a while and I think getting hit trough it or getting exhausted on the ground is pretty annoying. I like to use Dead Hard a lot because in my opinion it's one of the best perks in the game but these "bugs" make it so frustrating to use.
Can it get fixed finally?

As long as dedicated servers are a thing, Dead hard along with MANY other things in this game will never be 100% functional.
