New Killer Idea - From Slender The Arrival
Kate could be a killer like legion except more unique. She could have a perk where if she looks at them for too long (aka like ghostface) slender will appear and blind their screeen with static and not only that but, he will appear right next to the survivor when he does that so if kate sees slender she probably could find survivors easier and it would be a cool character to have including from famous scary games, movie, lores, etc. I was a slender fan myself and think this would be a cool simple character but, there are other characters like kate (aka proxies that slenderman controls) that could be customizable to different proxies. Instead of it being just kate, the killer could be called "Proxy" with more costumizebale outfits and weapons. Thank you for whoever reads it!

The only (major) problem is that you do not offer a power or idea for them to use, and balance it in game/with perks. I would appreciate if you could check out mine though.
