Demo QoL Change
I can't bring myself to play Demo despite how cute he is. I don't have CI which is crucial on him because I don't play trapping killers nor do I think Demo being a trapping killer does justice to his appearance in the show. He is currently slightly above Trapper but far below Hag in terms of power level, so a sizable buff wouldn't make him unfair imo. I think the hitbox for his Shred should be active longer and it should be faster and wider. Having his Shred be a reliable anti-loop in tandem with his upcoming(jk it probably won't happen for years) add-on rework could make him feel so much more accurate to the show and put him on par with the Hag. What are your thoughts? Is Demo fun to play as? Does his power in dbd seem accurate? Does Demo deserve a buff?
Being able to look around while traversing would also be nice.

I’m a Demmie main and all I really want is
- make a him quieter his stomps and screams give to much information to survivors.
- get rid of the alerts whenever he uses a portal
- like you said improve the shred a tiny a bit
- edit again like you said rework his add on his only good are commons and uncommons

Just let me shred from heights, please! I wanna land some sick pounces off hills and docks! Right now his damage hitbox vanishes if he uses Shred from an elevated position for some stupid reason

I like that Demo gives info to solo survivors, it's one of the things that makes him fun to go against. Plus if it got removed and his footsteps got removed he would have zero indicators of approach, something the devs haven't added to any killer, not even tier 1 Mikey. I would lose the footsteps over the scream.

Your changes are interesting for sure but they certainly wouldn't put him on par with Hag. One change i'm not sure about is making the Shred faster as I already feel like it's fast enough already.

I don't like how easy it is to dodge Demo's Shred and force him to lose STBFL stacks. If his Shred was an actual anti-loop like Hag's traps are, combined with how he can use his portals at will, he'd probably come close to Hag I would imagine. Plus, he's Trapper speed instead of Spirit speed.

I think another interesting idea to throw out there for Demo would be to make his shred more rewarding. Not necessarily an insta down, but I think it should apply Deep Wound on survivors and maybe you could make a pink add on to make his shred attacks insta downs. Just food for thought, I love playing Demo and would like to see him get some improvements.

I think his Shred is fine. It's a great zoning tool, similar to DeathSlingers gun. I find it has a lot of uses at various tiles, and I have pretty good success with it.

I'm not actually sure Demo needs any ''buffs'' per se, but some QoL changes would be really nice. I think for starters being able to shred from heights would be a really nice and cool thing to add. It would rarely work, but it would be fun. Not even sure why there is no hitbox when he shreds from heights though. Another thing that is kind of irritating for me when I play Demo is after you a miss a shred, the camera barely turns. Wouldn't mind being able to look a littler further to the left or right afterwards. Not saying I need to be able to do a full 360 or something, but it would help.
I feel like you would have a much easier time playing Demo once you get Corrupt Intervention. It's amazingly good on set-up killers (Trapper and Hag especially). STBFL is also really good on him. One thing I wouldn't mind for Demo is being able to use more perks and still have a decent chance at having a good game. At this point, it seems like you are ALWAYS at least using 2 perk slots for CI and then Surge or PGTW. The 3rd one is commonly STBFL, which gives room for 1 more perk (although I have seen some really good killers be against STBFL on him). The only kind of fun thing to do is run Cruel Limits with a Lery's offering. But by the time you get a hit the survivors run far enough to where the windows are open.
