What does this debuff mean?

It's not in the game manual and I don't see it in dbd wiki

    It means that you're being affected by the Unnerving Presence perk. You have a higher chance to have skill checks appear and their success range is reduced.

    You are affected by the perk Unnerving Presence. Here is the in-game description:
    Your presence alone instils great fear. Survivors  within your Terror Radius have a 6/8/10 % greater chance of triggering Skill Checks  when repairing, healing or sabotaging.  Triggered Skill Checks' success zones are reduced by 40/50/60 %.
