    Considering his best use for it is usually getting the first hit, Chewed Pen for recharge.

    His addons low-key need a rework, IE the ultra rare addons which are actually useless, but then again, so does every killer who didn't have their addons reworked somewhere within the past year.

    Recharge over everything else.

    "Ghost Face Caught On Tape" / Outdoor Security Camera

    Provided you can actually get the lean mechanic to work, Ghostface Caught On Tape is actually broken: you can fully Stalk someone in about a second.

    Outdoor Security camera is pretty nutty too. If you combo it with Chewed Pen you can exploit any snowball opportunity the Survivors give you, since you'll see where they all are.

    It also basically guarantees a 4k unless they use a Key or DC
