Configuration Settings Question

So I know that everyone is saying that the Engine.ini is disabled now so you can't change anything in there. OK. Fine by me. Only thing I had in there was for smoothed frame rate and to turn Anti-Aliasing off because it harms my FPS. But what I really wanna know is that if the Engine.ini is disabled... Is the GameUserSettings.ini disabled as well? Because I desperately need to turn vsync off at the very least.

    Thankfully yes, you can mess with the configurations there.

    Thank god. I was suffering with the lowest of 30fps in certain maps like The Game and also in dream world. So annoying. I wish anti-aliasing was able to be disabled in GameUserSettings rather than the Engine.ini
