It doesn't have basic graphic options like anti aliasing OMEGALUL

I play on PC and I don't know ######### that is.
I think the only option I messed with was Vsync=False.

True, but I like DBD for the gameplay, not because it's graphically impressive.

Don't play then. I don't mind the graphics, they aren't the best but they certainly aren't the worst. Imo, gameplay comes first. If it's gorgeous but not fun, why play it?

Why do you care so much about Anti-Aliasing? It doesn't affect your gameplay, and if your computer isn't strong enough to handle it, then your computer isn't suited enough for modern gaming anyways. DBD is not the most intensive game you can run on PC, not by a long shot. It's not even as intensive as PAYDAY 2.

It does affect my gameplay and for many others. It's talked about in details in multiple post. Read them first before asking the same question again and again.

I play on PC but never turned off anti-aliasing, even when we could. There's nothing about the game that looks terrible to me, and I do have vision and migraine issues, so lots of games have effected me negatively. That said, I feel bad for the color blind folks.

Sometimes. I switch between High and Low depending on which laptop I'm using. One is designed for gaming, the other isn't. I will say this game can heat up my gaming laptop more than Shadow of The Tomb Raider. But again visually, no issues.

Why do you care so much about people complaining that you can count the number of graphic options with one hand? Are you embarrassed on behalf of the devs?
It literally doesn't affect you in any way if the options to enable/disable AA is added in the game. Oh, but god forbid people ask for a basic quality of life changes in the video game. The same goes for color blind settings.
