Possible to rework Meg and Zarina's Mean Street clothing?

I like David's new outfit, Debt Collector, but I just can't see Zarina (Revolutionary Road) and Meg (Furious Vandal) in those clothes. Well, I like Megs outfit but shes not exactly good looking with that six-pack. To me, it just makes her look really skinny.
Now Zarina, I like everything except her top. Would look better if it was more like a normal waist lengthed shirt. I really do like the pattern on it tho.
It just occurred to me. Both their outfits make them look extremely skinny. Like holy cow skinny. Is it possible to tweak their outfits just a little bit? Cause seriously, Zarina looks like a stick with that small top.
