Is this a hacker or laggy hillbilly?
Ok, so I ran to this hillbilly player and I was getting hit out of nowhere. Sadly my game crashed and I couldn’t record. But I found someone who also happen to play against this hacker, he recorded it.

It's just someone vpning/having a garbage internet when that happens. Seen it a couple times,experienced it aswell against alot of killers.

This guy was clearly abusing extreme lag in some points of the match, it's not normal he starts with 1000 ping, then he chases you with clear green ping and then 1000 ping again. Either VPN or not, he abused lag priority to killer, and he must get reported. I recommend you to send a support ticket too.
Btw forum rules are a thing, remove the video link before any mod watches it, you show the offender's name at the end of the match and it's against the rules.
