Trapper Bug
It may just be Trapper, I haven't seen it with other Killers. I grabbed a Bill while he was searching a chest and he sat on my shoulder the whole rest of the game, not wiggling, not bleeding out. I was unable to hook him or drop him, everytime I'd press the "hook" button or the "drop" button I froze in place. Couldn't pick up any Survivors I downed with my traps because he was still on my shoulder. I have video proof if needed, but is this a known bug?

You can search in the Bug Reports subforum (https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/categories/bugs) to find out if it has been reported and/or acknowledged by the devs.
If you can't find it, it would be a good idea to make a report about it over there so that the relevant parties will see and be able to fix it.

Hey Guys, I just want to confirm: yes, there is a bug. My fellow streamer friend was playing DBD yesterday, His name is SipsOnMe on twitch. I have 2 clips to confirm the issue. It is hilarious and funny, but I think they need to look into the trapper.

The exact same thing ended up happening to me with pig and trying to get someone from a locker. I think that the bug just ends up leading to the person you pick up turning invisible and, despite the fact that it shows you that you pick them up, they are still running around since the icon in the bottom left didn’t change when you grabbed him as well as he got caught in a bear trap.
It is pretty game-ruining since the only way you can kill someone it to just slug them, which is even harder since you have an invisible survivor running around who can pick them up.
