Do you like DBD Mobile?

Finally got around to trying it out yesterday and for a portion of today. I think it's interesting, definitely a lower-cut DbD when compared to PC, PS4 or Xbox but still fun. The mechanics are a little wonky and it makes my phone heat up super hot even when on 30 FPS (for an iPhone 10) which seems odd to me.

I guess I just don't understand the appeal of mobile when you can play the superior platforms. I even tried getting my friend (who doesn't play PC/PS4/Xbox) to try it and he said he didn't enjoy it on the phone at all.

Do you like mobile? I get why BHVR pushed for a mobile release, I just think it was rather pointless. Then again, I have no idea how successful it was, or wasn't in this case.

OK a couple things I have to tell you about here. If your phone is heating up or even crashing when playing, simply turn off your phone and turn it back on again it most likely has a memory problem from being on too much.

I was really upset and made a bug report but after I re booted my phone everything plays smooth as long as I do it often.

Another thing that they need to fix and it would almost be perfect is the ability to control your aim for your lunge. If we can't control our lunge, we can't attack around corners which is very important in dead by daylight don't you agree?. It also would help to be able to aim your huntress Hatchets and different things like the clowns bottles. As of right now once you hit that button to throw the item or even wind up your chainsaw as the Hill Billy, you can't adjust the aim afterwards and when you can't adjust the lunge, survivors can easily juke you

I think it's fun in short bursts. Plays well, runs well for my phone. Doesn't heat up either.

I'm waiting for someone to come on the forums to complain they got camped and tunneled by trapper-bot.

They have their own forum (or was it a Discord channel?) and developer team. That's why not many people complain here; there isn't much that the devs here can do.

I tried a few games but my phone was too poopy to have it run smoothly (Galaxy S7). I can see myself playing it on the go if I had a better phone.

Its ok, but...I've already noticed some children. Mobile and tablet gaming is full of them. So get ready to see an influx of kids coming to dbd console etc.

Mobile, who cares about mobile? Mobile games are cancer in the gaming industry and should be avoided. Yeah I'm not surprised this crappy port isn't optimised when the base game isn't.

Personally, I love how the BHVR team made the Mobile Version — my phone, believe it or not, runs the game smoothly!

Definitely worth it, the game is very well made! 😁

Nah. I mean, it's okay. Just not something that caught my fancy for longer than to recognize the novelty of it. Probably won't play again. To be fair though, the only game I've played on PC and also really like on mobile is Stardew Valley. It's basically a carbon copy of the original game outside of having multiplayer, and because of the graphics style it works well.
