I can tell you now, Deadly Fury will be meta.
Primarily because survivors tend to finish gens in front of the killer's face. Especially if they are overconfident.

Tinkerer & Deadly Fury will be great combo or OP
For the " Imrpoving Actions" it will be great if you get tokens (10-50% at level 3) for each broken totem by the owner this perk and this bonus works for you and allies within a 8 meter range (like Streetwise, Leader e.t.c.)

24m may be a bit too strong for the perk. However, if the survivors get the exposed effect from deadly fury while youre 24m away, you have to first catch up to them and then down them in 15 seconds. I don't think that's too easy because they can just run and create distance unless they are in a complete dead zone.
That's an interesting idea. I personally didn't want to give the perk a huge cooldown reduction, because there may be added some perks later with a cooldown clause and therefore a huge reduction may be too strong combined with them. I definitely like your idea though.

Have you seen anyone to criticise Improving Actions? That could be a meta too. Exhaustion effects and many perks can be fastened with that. Why you do not look at that? That would make many survivors win the game.

Have you heard of Vigil? It let's you and the other Survivors in range recover from status effects like exhaustion 20% faster.. But it isn't Meta by any means.

I agree, the perk can be very strong in certain scenarios. However it only reduces the 10 seconds if you cleanse a totem. You have to suffer from an active status effect during that time to get the benefit. Thats why i added the overall cooldown reduction for perks, which you gain for the entire match and not only if you destroy a totem, to make the perk a bit less situational.
It defenitely can be very strong if you suffer from exhaustion, broken or the exposed from haunted ground for example, because the killer doesn't know that your exposed may have already expired while the perk shows him he got 5 seconds left of insta downs.

Really like the killer perk. I don't think it would become meta due to the fact survivors rush gens while injured. It can work well with tinkerer.
The survivor perk is a bit weak tbh. Don't see any reason to run it.

Would you consider using the survivor perk if the numbers were a bit better? Something like 15 seconds off for status effects and 10/15/20% overall cooldown reduction? Im curious ^^

I don't think so. It's like vigil tbh. They are both weak but together might actually be strong lol
