Matchmaking ban
Hello. I was banned for disconnecting. It wan't intended, my internet crashed. I am not going to complain about that. This game is "pretty good job so far" I'm ok with that. But my point is, why did I get that penalty ban after 1 or 2 hours? In the middle of match? It is sad 😥 Your system has ruined the gaming experience of other players.

My internet crashed but I was able to play for another 2 hours. After that I've got a ban for a DC. Omg...

He's saying he got disconnected, and got to play more games without a ban, and then randomly got banned later. I don't see what's so confusing.

Dont play multiplayergames if you DC out from your teammates all the time. Why even do that if you have potato internet?

I don't DC at all, and I don't have a potato internet. I don't know why my internet lost its connection. 99% of time it works perfectly.

Unfortunately, the game doesn't count certain methods of disconnecting, so all are treated the same way. You might have to look into something to make your connection more stable. I have seen this inquiry before, and usually the response is that it still takes fun from other people that you disconnected from. If it keeps happening you are only going to see a longer matchmaking timeout.

If it was an hour or more later, perhaps your activity was manually reviewed and there is a history or it?

Obviously that is not true or you wouldnt have had 2 hour ban? Takes alot of dcs to get that. You are probably a ragequitter and wanna mark this off as something its not. Stop being a baby and face defeats :)

His internet went out. He didn't get a penalty until hours later in the middle of a match.

People like to over complicate and extrapolate things on the internet. It's the human mind's replacement for body language and speech inflection, it's its natural instinct.

Because BHVR can't fix their bugs they should not have a DC penalty system, period. Find another way to punish players for unsavory game play that doesn't cuck folks who just want to have a good time but continually get the boot.
