Healing points while using Second Wind

Please devs can you make it so you get those 300 healing points while using Second Wind just as it is for Inner Strenght? I think that would be a nice change :) Sorry if I'm posting in the wrong category, I just couldn't find the perfect one for that

    Weird that they have some perks that give points and others that don't despite similar functions.
