Idk if it's my Nintendo switch joy cons, and pro controller, but Everytime when I run to am upper left, and right direction I feel really slow, but on PS4 I move the same speed as you normally suppose to run... This makes it hard to perform a 360

Could be the controller, I had this problem on ps4, skill checks were laggy also. Wasn't until I got a new controller the problem was fixed.

Yeah but the issues is that my pro controller is brand new this happens to all my controllers
