A bad stereotype
So over the past few months I've seen so many posts about how all survivors are horrible and toxic people who only want to win. But that's not true and outs getting annoying just to see that Damn stereotype thrown at me and others. I mean yeah i want to win But if it ruins other peoples experince then it's not worth it. Listen all im asking is to just remember not all survivors are like that so dont just assume.

Don't take everything to your heart. When the discussions going intense, people say sometimes something that they haven't mean this way and/or exaggerate.
Of course there are people that have really such strong opinions, but not everyone.

Well, the thing about stereotypes is that they don't tend to just spring out of nowhere.
It's easy to go an entire night listening to survivor salt and rage in every single match...and that's if you win. God help you if you have a bad game, then it's flashlights and exit gate teabagging and insults by the barrel.
Yes, killers can be jerks too, but it seems extremely heavily skewed toward one side in my experience.

To be fair, stereotyping is easier than addressing groups as collections of unique individuals. With all the complaining some people do on the forums, they might not want to add an extra layer of difficulty to their endeavors. However, I agree that this behavior is unhealthy and doesn't promote thoughtful discussion and debate.

Because the oppressed killer main narrative gets more +rep than the other way around

It goes both ways. Plenty of people saying all killers do this, or that, too. Some will say "most", instead of all, but it's just as bad of a stereotype. People are individuals. Individuals do something in one way or another. To act like everyone of a certain group does something just because a small percentage do it, is ridiculous. Blame the individuals, not the group.
