From a friend who asked me to submit this,

Could the devs please learn the difference between bad internet and actual DC'ing please? he got a 1 hour cooldown for his internet disconnecting to many times

This would be close to impossible as they wouldn't be able to tell the difference between someone pulling the plug and someone actually disconnecting due to internet issues.

Regardless, in a game like this where disconnects have a heavily negative impact, you shouldn't be playing with poor internet.
