Head On is better than Decisive
At red ranks, Killers rarely tunnel when there's an obsession and if they do tunnel, they slug. The only real way to get a Killer to pick up Decisive is to jump in a locker.
But Head On lets you stun the Killer from a locker multiple times. Therefore its a better perk at high level. Case closed

If everyone started doing that killers would start running iron maiden. It counters head on pretty well

Shhh! I don't want killers actually countering this, because it makes survivors arrogant and easy to take advantage of...
I agree though. Head On is way more useful to me than DS ever will be.

I mean you're forgetting to mention the drawback which is no exhaustion perks. Does the stun you get from head on outweigh the distance you gain from having an exhaustion perk (while you can still use DS)? You will use that exhaustion perk way more than head on, so I'd say no, not really.

Mate be careful.. if you say Head-On is better than DS the killer mains will sworm here and attack you for it. DS is "the single most bull thing in this game and I'm leaving because of it" lol

i prefer HO over DS... but the problem of HO is the stun only lasts 3 secs vs the 5 of DS

All good but you forgot the killer can bait lockers. Even BL is better than head on. Also @AsePlayer is right.

Technically DS lasts about 4 seconds (for the survivor) , so theres 1 second lost of the dropping off animation, and with that second you losed distance. FeelsWeirdMan haha
