A way to reduce grind for perks

Honestly why not make it where once a perk is teachable to your survivors/ killers you by default get hte tier 1 version of it? That was you can actually start using your perk immediately when you get it from the shrine or level up a character.

    I don't think they should reduce the grind too much, but that's actually a nice idea.

    I think just removing tiers completely would be a better idea, although this isn't too bad either.
