DBD support are not replying me
after i have submmited ticket for my problem the dbd support asked me for information and i have game them that they told me they will investigate and that was at 13 and now 22
i send them and email at 20 and 22 for information about the situation and they didn't reply me back.

Whats the issue?
Yep they stopped replying to my ticket back then as well and it got fixed with a patch later (my game crashed saying "not enough video memory", I'm using a 8GB gc)

Your ticket is probably marked as solved. This is where support ends.

It might be that Support is unable to fix the issue immediately. We do ask that you give time and do not chase up tickets, because then that delays the process for you. Please remember that Support deals with a lot of tickets and things do get answered, but they also do take time.

but its been already two weeks how long should I wait?
