The end match vote

Hi there i posted this question in the wrong place so i do it here now.

Im playing on ps4, only killers ( my main is the Trapper at the moment ) and it seems like most of the survivors losing and raging vote against me in the end + insult in pm ( which is another problem )... So yeah when i know that the victim hooked will be rescued i stay near the hook. Patrolling, sometimes hiding. But never really camping. My question is: there is penalty for killers getting bad votes? Because sometimes survivors join the lobby then leave few seconds after they joined. There is a reputation system for killers? That survivors can check before the game start? If there is one its unfair to get penalty just because the survivor dont like to lose. And no they are not survivors ive already killed.

As far as I remember, match rating does nothing. Just lets developers know what matches were good and such and potentially include those players on the "season's best players" (they only did this once, if memory doesnt fail, but I didnt check streams oftenly back then).
