There is a Child's Play game in the work, Charlie The Legend.

Chucky....with 1-liners....

He could use voodoo magic to put people on hooks

In my opinion chunky’s ok he’s not really much of a horror iconic figure to bland and not scary.

Maybe the ghost of Charles Lee Ray appears and takes them to the hook. Otherwise, they'll need a completely new animation for hooking

Creator said his new TV show is supposed to be more horror like the first couple movies, hopefully it'll make people see him as a viable option for killer. I'd love to have Chucky in the game. I'd mentioned the dolls as crows to someone on Twitter, in addition to being disturbed though could allow him to travel between them if disturbed. With voodoo you have quite a bit you could do to make Chucky work. With his height he could also have smaller red stain, make it harder to keep track of him.

Thumbs down 👎 still not even remotely scary It’s Terrible.

We can't all have good taste is film. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Now shoo along and hide in a bush blendette, the adults are talking.

So a 23 year old woman is a child to you? and can’t have an opinion on a public forum?. And Btw you shouldn’t assume all Claudette mains are bush blending lovers cause I’m also a doctor main. I bet you aren’t even very skilled at killing dumb child.

this one has nothing to do with Chucky though, does it?
i really wonder if they will get away with it. They could have called it „totally-not-Chucky the legend“ as well..
on topic: I always thought they could make Chucky drag the downed survivor and then throw them up to a hook. It would look weird but we are talking about a voodoo killer puppet in the realm of a spider-like creature that feeds of extreme emotions and kidnaps people from different dimensions..

Just in-case they can't get the license for Chucky, I came up with an alternative OC Doll killer with a unique power and gameplay mechanic that I think would be fun if added to the game:
It's a long read, but I included a TL;DR summary for convenience, and I'd love to read any comments/criticisms you have on it.

Chucky could be fantastic as a killer in DBD and I think scary. I think his size could be terrifying. He wouldn't be able to be seen walking around since he would be below all the clutter and walls around the map. He should have a tiny terror radius, to fit his tiny size, and be able to run freakishly fast. It would be terrifying not knowing where he is until he's at your feet where he could slice a survivor with a knife for an instant down. He also should be able to run under fallen pallets too. Only windows could stop him. As for his animation to get people to the hook I think he should drag them on the ground. The survivor could still try to wiggle away. At the hooks there could be a ladder that he walks up with the survivor and puts them on that way. Besides all that, one of his abilities could be to switch around to all the good guy dolls sitting around the map, maybe in busted open boxes. So you would never know if it was him watching you. Terrifying!

Ha lol, the irony
"Adults are talking" while not being able to respect other opinions is probably one of the the most childish things to do
Atleast your taste in movies is good though

If a child want's attention they will interrupt a conversation just to say something negative. For example, if you go into a thread about Starwars fans just to say it sucks you're not giving your opinion, you're being an #########.
2 -
Ah yes, because somebody who starts their post with "in my opinion..." isn't giving their opinion. People are allowed to have different opinions, and if you resort to insulting them because they don't agree with you, you're the childish one.

Thank you for proving my point

Chucky would be amazing though
If you play crouch only ghostface you see that the small size isn't that bad actually

The only way Chucky could work would be if he's a the 6 foot mascot in the commercial at the beginning of the movie, which would be scary but it wouldn't be chucky. Or he could be his human form of Charles Lee Ray, but that's not Chucky either.

Chucky is around 29inches tall. I don't know they would handle his movement speed/animation/lunge. Are they gonna give him roadrunner feets?

Just because you do not find him scary does not make him iconic. You said you are 20 something ?
The character itself is older then you, older movies tend not to appeal or hold up well to younger generations and that is not a knock at you it is just a blatant observation.
He is a classic horror icon much like how candy man is just cause you or anyone else does not like a character gives them no right or power to crap on a franchise that is older then them or discredit their status as an horror icon.
Characters like chucky paved the wave for many modern horror characters much like chuckles forefathers have done for him.
You and the rest of the haters do not need to like him but a little respect goes a long way.

Let you’re anger out 😎.

Actually not mad but I am a bit sad your going to be this ignorant and stubborn, good day.
1 -
You say you’re not mad and yet you get furious over other people not liking a washed up old cheesy not so scary killer🤷♂️.And you say I’m stubborn 🙄 I think it’s you who’s the stubborn one not excepting other people’s opinions.

You are over thinking and reading emotions that are just not there. Did I type in all caps or something to suggest I was " furious" ?
You stated he was not iconic due to not being scary.... That was a statement and not an opinion.
I am far from any type of anger. I do not wish to argue with you since you are the way you are.
I feel sad for you. I will no longer reply. Good day again.

shwag just pointed out that despite your opinion that Chucky is not scary he is still a horror icon. This has nothing to do with your opinion.
also I don’t think he was ever meant to be that scary tbh. Just creepy and I guess it was a totally different time for the horror genre back then.
