Need some help understanding "Sole Survivor"

Dunno if my brain is acting up or if its actually pretty hard to understand, but reading the description of Sole Survivor says this:

Your Aura cannot be read by the Killer within a maximum range of 20/22/24 metres for each killed or sacrificed Survivor.

Does this mean for every survivor killed, the distance gains 20/22/24 metres? Eg 1 dead = 24, 2 dead = 48?
