I played one game where the nurse was afk the whole game, and when we opened the gate, there she was. Made me jump. :)

The gate becomes a passable object once the exit gates are done, it is no longer solid so you can teleport through

Its a PC colourblind mode its some graphic cards automatically do this if you turn colourblind mode on your pc

She can pass through anything including the gates. If i recalled correctly there was a way to get on the top of the shack with her as well. I forget what map to be on.

Its even better when you find a Billy behind the gate.
