The Cabin in the Woods...
So Mathieu Côté has said this was his favourite horror movie and you can clearly see that with DBD. What would be the likelihood of us getting a TCITW chapter? - it’s one of my favourite movies too, so I would absolutely love for it to happen.
There’s also plenty of things they could choose to be a new killer. Including a Werewolf that would make a wonderful addition to the roster.

This whole game is already Cabin in the woods with it's horror troupes. Any horror fan can pick out the many troupes in DBD.

I agree with that. However, it would be nice to actually get a real chapter. With survivors, a killer and a Cabin map. They could do some really fun stuff with this.

The survivors are too 'random' and not really iconic enough to have a place in DBD and which of the 100 possible killers would you chose? The Merman? And with Bloodlodge and Mothers Dwelling we already have two cabins. If we go for a REAL iconic cabin, I would say, let's add a map for Ash

They’re not really random. Considering they represent horror archetypes. I’m not sure what killer I would choose. The Werewolf would probably work the best, in terms of gameplay and design. But there’s also Fornicus and The Buckners.
I know we already have maps with cabins on, but they’re not the same. I mean an actual cabin in the woods. None of our current maps look like actual woods.
Anyway, I doubt this will ever come to fruition. It’s just a dream. As I would love to be able to play as Dana. 😂

Mothers Dwelling is pretty much a cabin in the woods. Like identical. And the survivors being archetypes even supports my random argument to be honest ^^ archetype means the characters are generic. You could put Dwight, David and Meg into the movie and it wouldn't make a difference.
To summarize, I think this movie is overall just too generic to make a chapter in DBD. I love the movie, but for the comedy aspect, not the horror aspect. If they bring this to DBD, I wouldn't say "yay the cabin werewolf" it would just be a werewolf. And therefore I would prefer to have an original werewolf they can do with whatever they want instead of creating a license chapter causing restrictions, not allowing to buy with shards and not really giving me a feeling of "cabin in the woods".

I think a better idea would be to revisit Evil Dead and do a chapter with that.
