Mixer Streamers
Good afternoon,
I want to start off by saying I know mixer is a tiny platform compared to twitch for dbd content. But i would also like to add that even though we are small we still promote dbd as much as anyone on twitch. I put my heart and soul into this game as I stream on mixer and help many with getting more acclimated to the game on either side. I have over 6000 hours in the game and don't think it fair that because of the plat I stream on I don't have a chance to be a Fog Whisperer. We on mixer have an amazing DBD community and if you community managers only looked you would see it as well. So what I am asking is please just look into mixer. Search DBD and look at how much love your game gets there. #InviteMixerToTheFog

To add to this, not everyone wants to participate in the platforms where fog whisperers are already established. Twitch as a service has been going downhill over the last year, and several big names have already jumped ship to Mixer (Ninja being the biggest probably). A few years ago I kind of liked Twitch, now I actively avoid and abhor it. It's gross. Their policies, the way they treat they content creators, their very clear political ideologies seeping into every facet of their platform. I can't stand it and I never want be a part of it honestly. The only reason I EVER watch Twitch nowadays is for a few specific close friends that stream on the platform (they aren't even big channels). I want to support them and only them, I really don't want to support Twitch, but they are already established here and despite me trying to convince them to come over to Mixer I can understand why they wouldn't as they would basically need to start over.
I also have some issues with Youtube but being a Youtuber myself with about 10k subs I'm a bit torn here. Unlike Twitch, there isn't any alternative to Youtube. They have been getting worse over the years and part of the reason I don't make videos anymore (also because I had technical problems that stopped me from making content). I want to start making DBD content, and I'll probably give it another shot in the near future now that I have a new PC, it's just kinda not a priority for me right now, and I'm hesitant because of how the Youtube platform has changed recently.
BHVR really should look into fog whisperer's on Mixer. It's a smaller community but a lot of us know each other and it's been growing steadily. Besides the OP there are several other streamers that are both positive and have a sizable following. I would name them but IDK if that is against forum rules and I also don't know if they would want that (I'd have to ask them I guess).
Also by gaining support from the devs, you'd help these streamers out too. You scratch their back, they scratch yours kinda thing.
