I think it will change the icon and look obviously. Let's put pig and plague for example. A legendary skin could change the pigs appearance and her traps and trapped icon. What I mean by that is that the reverse bear traps could have a screw on it. The screw goes down slowly till it hits your brain. The timer icon would be a drill going down on the player icon. I dont think I'm making sense but I'll carry on. Instead of the trap collapsing on your head it will be a screw in your brain. Basically what I'm saying is I think the legend skin will change the icon appearance and animations. For the plauege a legendary skin could make her puke molten lava instead of puke. When the survivors are hit they burn instead of get sick. Once they've burned fully they are injured. The pools could be different aswell. Just stuff like that in general. For survivors it could change animations.
