Where are pyramid heads eye
I'm a big silent Hill fan glad that the license gets something cool, but I just realized how confusing the flashlight blind is gonna be on him. Where does his view stop? where do I aim? The tip of his head or the bottom gape? Where's the sweet spot and how to I flash it with my purple double toxic battery meme stick?any help or abuse from fellow gamers would be nice

Flashlight blinding aside, what is going on in that picture? Is he dragging it but holding it in front of him? Is that something he does in the SH games

Yes, when you first meet him he's "sexually molesting" a Mannequin (that's the dual legged monster).
He's a representation of the desires the main character, James Sunderland, wasn't able to do while being married to Mary.

Pyramid Head symbolises James Sunderlands guilt over his wife's death and his desire to be punished. He also represents the dominant male side of James psyche, which is why he assaults other monsters like the Mannequins. The Mannequins represent James sexual frustration and female innocence being destroyed by an oppressive masculine force.
