Question about upcoming Legendary skins

Just how much does the Legendary skin change character, can it go as far as giving Killers different ingame animations based on the skin they're wearing, or change survivors gender between female/male?

    The Legendary Skins are said to be featured in a new part of the store.

    Different animations for killers is unlikely, and there is no news on interchangeable genders.
