Has anybody tired contacting a Philologue? Maybe he could tell what language it comes from, or if it is a constructed language

Tried a decrypter called quipqiup which basically goes through multiple possible decryptions and this was the results:
Whatever it is, it definitely needs a clue/key to decyrpt.

That is great, that is a lot tbh and hopefully someone will understand that and could give us an answer.
This reminds me of dark souls and the item called pendant, it might not be anything but the devs might toying with us.
