Stuck inside of the hook and I couldn't get out on Family Residence

Got stuck inside of the hook as soon as the killer hooked me on a certain hook. After I was unhooked I couldn't get out from inside the hook. I tried getting hit by the killer on purpose for the speed boost. Nothing. I tried Dead Harding out. Nothing. I tried running out into a trap. Nothing. You could see the animation of me running but I couldn't get out. I tried getting the Adrenaline boost out and nothing worked. The killer couldn't even pick me up even though he was able to hit me. (The killer friend requested me during the game and he couldn't fix the situation even though we talked it over.)
