I... Honestly, I don't know why people run Thana on legion. Its impact on healing speeds is extremely low, and it only impacts gens if there is consistently 3-4 injured people, which may sound like a normal legion match but it really isn't because people love to heal.

Thana +sloppy butcher works well. So bad legion can't put sloppy when feral frenzy
