Make the lobby timer 15-20 sec. this is the first game that i see with such long ready timer, nobody needs a whole minute to click ready and if someone wants to setup perks or whatever you can do that while you wait to find a game, it takes long enough either way.
Some ppl just click ready to search for a game and then doesn't even bother to click ready again just because they are doing totally different stuff and don't care so others have to wait and what's the point of that? ( just a waste of time)
