Off the record buff

My suggested buff to the perk :

You've learnt that a quiet approach is sometimes best.

Once you are unhooked or escape from the hook , Off the Record activates for 70/80/90 seconds. While Off the Record is active, your aura will not be shown to the Killer, you can overcome the urge to scream, you reduce the changes of alerting crows by 100% and Grunts of Pain caused by injuries are reduced by 100%.


Context :

I have always felt like Off The Record is weak compared to Iron Will or any other stealth perks. With this buff I want to make it so after being unhooked you can't be detected by Doctor's Static Blast/Shock Therapy, Clown's Bottles and perks like Infectious Fright.

I also increased the time slightly across all tiers and made the perk make you not disturb crows for that extra stealth.

I decided not to hide scratchmarks because that can make the perk slightly OP, I also decided not to make Off The Record to hide bloodmarks because Lucky Break and Babysitter exist, however i might change that depending on the feedback.

I want to make this perk in to a sort of "get back in to the game safely/ultimate stealth perk" after being unhooked.

    Sounds interesting, but without play testing I don't know how well it would play out.
