Glitch or Cheating
Killer takes me down. As soon as he takes me down my camera perspective changes. It is following the killer around. I still hear what is happening with my character. I heard her moaning and was even able to hear it when someone came and healed me. But on my screen I was following the killer. I got fully healed but was unable to do anything because I couldn't see my Kate. It stayed this way until the killer came and downed me again. This time the killer hooked me.
After hooking me my camera perspective changed back to me. However, the moment someone pulled me off the hook with the killer standing right there he downed me immediately and once again the video followed the killer while the audio remained with my character. I was playing on PS4 if it makes a difference.

Glitch. It has happened to me a couple of times and it was impossible to end the game, resulting in me having to DC because I was stuck frozen on the hook and the end game collapse did not kill me.
I've also had games as killer where someone is frozen on the hook or gets stuck in place after being unhooked, which I assume is the same issue.

Thanks. First time it's happened to me. It was rather strange. I actually did die on the second hook. If you don't die on the last hook and EGC doesn't kill you I guess it becomes a matter of whether you or the killer DC's first.

You are 100% cheating and I would wager hacking the system too. My dad works for Microsoft and I'm going to get him to ban you!!!
In all seriousness its a glitch that use to be in the game a long time ago that apparently has resurfaced. Don't worry about it and if it happens again just enjoy the fun perspective. ^.^

I’ve had that happen to me too, but my perspective changed back to my character after I was unhooked. It was funny tho bc the Ghostface looked so confused when I revealed him while my camera was following him lol
