DC Penalties and Power Outages

So, I just got a power hit mid-game since it's storming outside. My neighborhood has wires above ground, so we're prone to power outages during storms. With how long Dead By Daylight matches can take, I can't easily wrap up a game and hop off within a few minutes. Will I still get DC penalties from getting disconnected due to a power outage?

    Yes.

    I would say that you dont play Onlinegames when you know that you will have problems while doing so. The other 4 players in the Trial dont really care if you Ragequit or if you have power outages, the game is hurt in the same way, regardless of the reason why someone DCed.

    Yes you get penalties when you lose power.

    Yes, the DC penalty system sucks and penalizes everyone, even though it was meant to punish a specific group. So bad internet, sometimes wonky DbD server, power outage etc, etc, etc, BAM DC penalty.
