Directions on where to post a video of a Hacker

Whatsup guys recently i came across my second hacker in dbd and actually could record the idiot in the act, ace was zooming all around the map lightning mcqueen style and i assume could see my traps auras or something because he always new where exactly they were and disarmed all of them (was playing trapper). If someone could point me in a devs way so i can show them the footage and get this lightning mcqueen banned that would be great. And just before you ask yes i did report in game AND to steam

yo bronx(a streamer) just played a match a couple mins ago with a ace that was speed hacking maybe it was the same guy. He reported him also.
