Clarifications regarding the future cross progression

Hi Dbd devs and members. With the release of the cross progression, will it be possible to transfer licensed killers or vice versa without paying again?

And if, for example, I will buy a killer in a PC account and transfer the console progress to the PC platform, will the previously purchased killer be present together with the killers already bought on console?

    Cross Progression is not yet confirmed. Only cross play is confirmed to come sometime in the coming year.


    but I guess purchases like DLC, single characters, perks and skins have to be done per platform and only Progression will be transferred IF they get cross Progression at all.

    Right now, we don't have any more information to share I'm afraid - as soon as we have something concrete we will share it with the Community.

    Just like mentioned above, cross progression is not confirmed, the devs want it but it's not up to them, they have to talk to sony, nintendo etc about it.

    Would be cool to combine both like let's say that I have some skins on console and skins for killers on pc, would be cool to keep them both at the same time on the same account.

    As every console store takes a share of what you buy, I don't think any DLC will transfer from one to another.

    Buy something from Sony on PS4 and get it free from MS on PC ? Very unlikely. Every company want a bit of our money.

    It's possible. I've never played fortnite but apparently it has cross progression with it's cosmetics and such. I also know everytime Warframe releases on a new console, the PC players have the opportunity to swap their account (with all the unlocked content) to the new console.

    Yeah they say cross-play is definitely happening but cross progression is only being looked at right now. The developers admit that cross progression is a highly requested feature so I'm sure it will be coming at some point.

    Well, we'll see in the future but there may be some restrictions.

    I don't know for Fortnite either but when people swapped Warframe from PC to PS4, not all content was transferred. Some items were blacklisted and they lost the Platinum bought on PC. Also it was one-shot, it's not a permanent cross progression so the context is different.

    I really don't believe in a permanent cross-buy feature but I'd like to be wrong.

    It would be nice to get clarification on this soon. It has me holding off on purchases.
